Clean room & special environments: We provide equipment that meets clean room requirements or FDA standards for the medical device, food, and semiconductor industries. Retrofitting old equipment: We upgrade existing outdated or inefficient feeding systems for customers by replacing bowl surfaces or control systems to improve output speed. In summary, what we provide is not just “a metal bowl with a vibrator,” but a complete automated feeding solution tailored to specific parts, with services spanning the entire process of project evaluation, non-standard design, integration, commissioning, and long-term maintenance.

These are critical services to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment: Warranty commitment: Worry-free after-sales support with full technical assistance throughout, including 1-year free warranty. Response time: We are committed to rapid response and problem resolution, with overseas technical service points available for support. Spare parts supply: Long-term supply of original spare parts (e.g., controllers, electromagnets, spring sheets).

Our service does not stop after delivery. We provide: On-site installation and commissioning: We dispatch technicians to the customer’s factory for equipment positioning and installation, fine-tuning vibration frequency and amplitude according to on-site production line conditions to ensure precise alignment with upstream and downstream processes. System integration: We assist in signal connection between the vibratory bowl feeder and the customer’s PLC control system, MES system, or automatic assembly machine to enable integrated automatic operation. Operator training: We train customer’s equipment operators on how to adjust vibration parameters, clean the bowl surface, and handle common minor issues.  

This is our core service phase, where we manufacture according to the confirmed solution: Core component manufacturing: We produce vibratory bowls, linear feeders, bases, controllers, and other key components. Custom non-standard machining: For challenges that standard vibratory bowls cannot resolve (e.g., irregular parts requiring special orientation), we provide CNC machined precision bowl surfaces, or perform special treatments such as hole drilling, slotting, or brushing to assist vision system recognition. Full-line integration: In addition to stand-alone vibratory bowls, we also supply automatic hoppers, elevators, conveyors, and even integrate machine vision systems and robots to form complete “bowl feeder + vision + robot” feeding workstations.

Before formal production, we communicate in depth with our customers and provide the following services: Material testing and evaluation: Customers provide part samples (e.g., small hardware, electronic components, plastic parts, etc.). We conduct feeding tests in our lab or factory to evaluate sorting feasibility, output speed, and potential issues such as jamming or scratching. Custom solution design: Based on the material’s properties, shape, dimensions, fragility, and production capacity requirements, we tailor non-standard solutions. For example, for thin parts, irregularly shaped components, or wear-prone materials, we may recommend flexible feeders or design special precision bowl surfaces. Technical parameter confirmation: We determine equipment model, bowl diameter (e.g., 300mm), coating material (e.g., food-grade or anti-static), controller type, output orientation, and speed requirements (e.g., 70-80 pieces per minute).

Evaluate design feasibility and timeline based on part characteristics and 3D drawings; deliver a complete 3D model and feasibility report. Independently complete the customized design of the vibratory bowl feeder and all peripheral modules. Use motion simulation to pre-adjust amplitude and cycle rate, ensuring stable feeding and target throughput.

Provide remote and on-site fault response, and keep spare parts in stock. Regularly calibrate frequency, renew coating, and inspect pneumatic/electrical circuits. When part specifications change, quickly modify or replace modules to shorten changeover downtime.

Independently manufacture core components (spring leaves, coils, welded parts, etc.) and assemble all modules (driver, hopper, lifting unit, linear feeder, sound cover, etc.). Tune the machine’s frequency, balance, pneumatic system, and electrical circuits to achieve low noise, low wear, and highly consistent output.

Complete internal pre-commissioning before delivery and ship the machine as a fully integrated unit. On-site, only connection to downstream equipment is required. Provide quick startup training for plug-and-play operation.
